Fake homeopathy drugs

In certain parts of the world, people are conned into buying counterfeit homeopathy drugs, with a certain amount of health risk. Of course homoeopathy is a dangerous con in itself, so the irony is enormous. Then again, if you buy fake homeopathy drugs, does that mean they actually work?
